Prepositional Pronouns
Special pronoun forms used after prepositions (e.g., para mí, con ellos, conmigo, contigo).
Prepositional pronouns in Spanish are identical to subject pronouns (él, ella, nosotros, ellos, etc.) except in the first and second person singular: 'yo' becomes 'mí' (with an accent to distinguish it from possessive 'mi') and 'tú' becomes 'ti'. When combined with the preposition 'con' (with), these forms contract into unique single words: 'conmigo' (with me) and 'contigo' (with you).
