2. Plural Nominative and Adjective Shifts (1. pád množného čísla): - Animate plurals undergo consonant palatalization and take endings -i, -ové, -é (student → studenti*, lékař → lékaři, Čech → Češi) with masculine animate adjectives taking -í (dobří studenti). - Inanimate plurals take -y or -e (domy, hrady, stroje) with adjectives taking -é (dobré domy*).
3. Past Tense Verb Agreement in Plural: - Animate subject: Studenti pracovali* (with softened -i). - Inanimate subject: Stroje pracovaly (with hard -y*).
