How to use

The demonstrative pronoun 'tamten' (that / that one there) declines like an adjective (tamten, tamta, tamto, tamci, tamte). It points to a distant object, in contrast to 'ten' (this). A common mistake is using it too frequently; Polish speakers often use just 'ten' unless explicitly contrasting two objects.
