The *Conditional Mood (Шартты рай) in Kazakh is formed using the suffix -са / -се* attached directly to the verb stem, followed by the short (Type 2) personal endings. It serves as the primary mechanism for constructing conditional subordinate clauses ('if... then'):

Conjugation Paradigm: - 1st sg. (мен): бар-са-м (if I go), кел-се-м (if I come) - 2nd sg. informal (сен): бар-са-ң, кел-се-ң - 2nd sg. polite (сіз): бар-са-ңыз, кел-се-ңіз - 3rd sg.
